Growing up in a family of seamstresses made button boxes and fabric stashes the norm. This combined with over 20 years of travelling and working with artisan producers helped form Hippydashery.
First focusing on offering more unusual haberdashery and craft supplies, later expanding to designing clothes with a fair hippydashery twist. We specialise in fairly traded ethically sourced artisan items including haberdashery, craft supplies, textiles and comfy clothing, usually with pockets, using vintage and dead stock fabrics.
